Me and my cute mom on New Years!
This year we hosted the New Years Eve Party!! We let the kiddos light some fireworks off early in the evening and then sent them to bed so we could party till midnight!!
My mom has had this game called Partini that she has wanted to play at every family event, so we decided to give it a try. It was a perfect New Years game because it was quite long and involved:)
We learned that Shelly has a thing about touching Play Dough, in that it totally disgusts her. I was kind enough to grab some latex gloves so she could complete her sculpting task! Then we played our new game creationary. It's basically pictionary with Lego's. The guys and gals got into quite the argument about the actual definition of "building" something out of Lego's. My Dad stole the show with his motor home/double decker bus creation.

Haha!! Not fair, Lego building against guys? Looks like a fun time friend.... although I'm pretty sure you wished you were watching my Dad's band play at a bar with a bunch of drunk people like I was.
